If you love sea, from Peglio you can also easily reach the Adriatic coast, that is at only 50 km from our small town. Urbania is an ancient town known for its pottery situated at few kilometres from Peglio . In Urbania you can attend weekly pottery courses and Italian courses.
Balcone sul Metauro is the perfect place to find relief if you like mountain-bike, cycling or trekking. The pine forest near the hotel is a wonderful place for a walk, here there is also an “healthy path”. Near the hotel there are also footpaths or paths suitable for horses and bikes.

The place where we are. Peglio, is a very small medieval town situated on the top of a hill near Urbino. Peglio offers a supreme view of the green hills and of the Montefeltro country.
Country House Colle Lungo. At few kilometres from Balcone sul Metauro you can find The Country House Collelungo. Country House Collelungo is located in the middle of the green and peaceful Montefeltro country. This ancient house was built in 1848 and during the 20th century it became the centre of a small village. In this period it was also built a small school and a small church near the house. In 1960s the village was abandoned but it has preserved its ancient charm.
