El Lattaròl
The recipe of this dish has been transmitted since the beginning of twentieth century. This dessert is very similar to a classical pudding but it was prepared for important events or for weddings. For this reason it is also called the “dessert of newly wed couples”.

INGREDIENTS:
½ litre of milk
5 eggs
½ half grated lemon peel
1 glass of vin santo
8 spoons of sugar

MAKING OF:
Put milk, eggs, grated lemon, vin santo, 3 spoons of sugar in a bowl. Mix them up. Take a cake mould and sprinkle it with caramel, then put milk and the other ingredients in the cake mould. Cook it in a bain mairie. Plunge a toothpick in the dessert to verify the coking. Make the dessert cool and decorate it with caramel.

Country House Colle Lungo. At few kilometres from Balcone sul Metauro you can find The Country House Collelungo. Country House Collelungo is located in the middle of the green and peaceful Montefeltro country. This ancient house was built in 1848 and during the 20th century it became the centre of a small village. In this period it was also built a small school and a small church near the house. In 1960s the village was abandoned but it has preserved its ancient charm.
